Be willing to walk a piece of the route alongside the Lead Walker.

what's the role?

Your job as a Walker is simply to walk alongside the lead walker for a portion of the route. There is no
minimum commitment! However, if you are just joining for part of a day, the easiest way to do this is to join groups as they set off in the morning. We welcome all ages to the relay and children are welcome to participate where they are accompanied by a legal guardian. It is important that we remain compliant
with coronavirus restrictions at all times, so there may be instances where we need to limit numbers (if this is the case don’t worry, there are plenty of opportunities to be involved in other ways).

If you’re able to fill the role of a Lead Walker and be a point of contact for three walking days minimum, please let us know as we need to prioritise ensuring that we can cover our whole route and we will be prioritising finding accommodation accordingly.
